The walk

The 12km B walk moves through woodland, bog and scrub, with time to understand what lives in those environments. It is still a hillwalking day: allow about five hours and expect exposed, uneven mountain terrain. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Register at Rathanna Hall, R95 HH68, at 8.30am on 3 October for a 9am departure. The €30 booking includes transfers between the hall, Scratoes Bridge and Corrabut Gap, plus refreshments.
