A good choice for a dinner that becomes the evening
Aniar asks for a different kind of reservation: leave space for the meal itself, rather than fitting it between two other plans. Its tasting menu is built around ingredients from the west of Ireland, including wild foods and produce preserved beyond their season.
The kitchen presents a sequence of small servings rather than a conventional starter, main and dessert. That makes it an interesting choice if you want to follow how one region can produce many different flavours, but less suitable for a quick bite before a show.

Food is a daytime proposition here. Choose it for a pause over lunch, then continue exploring, rather than assuming that a pub serving food at noon will also have a late kitchen.
