Separate the parade from individual events
Street-side viewing of the parade is free and does not require a ticket. Reserved grandstand seats are a separate purchase, with the organiser announcing sales from 28 September 2026. Tickets for other festival events have their own conditions. Compare the event name and admission type so a parade seat is not confused with a booking elsewhere in the city.

The announced 2027 parade starts at noon on 17 March at Parnell Square, follows O’Connell Street and crosses the river before finishing at the Cuffe Street and Kevin Street junction.
