Show gardens, Irish food and ideas to take home to your own patch of green. Bord Bia Bloom turns part of Dublin’s Phoenix Park into a five-day gardening and food event, with talks, shopping and family activities alongside the gardens.

The 21st Bloom is announced for 3 to 7 June 2027. The FAQ says 2027 tickets will go on sale later in 2026; previous admission prices are not quoted as current.

Bloom works as a full day out because the show gardens are only part of the visit. Food, talks and shopping can easily fill the spaces between them. Choose a few gardens or sessions to anchor your day, then keep time for looking closely at planting combinations and ideas you might use at home.

A day in Phoenix Park
The festival site is in Phoenix Park, but use the event’s own access instructions rather than aiming for an arbitrary park gate. If shopping is part of the plan, consider how you will carry plants home. The published facilities include a plant crèche, which can make it easier to continue exploring after a purchase.
