What to expect

Children can decorate cookies, make a craft, post a letter and visit reindeer. Each child’s ticket includes a gift. Around half the experience is outdoors, so warm layers and suitable shoes matter even though the Santa visit itself is sheltered.

Book a selected date between 28 November and 22 December. Everyone needs a ticket, including babies and annual members. Prices are €32.50 for children aged thirteen months or over, €12.50 for younger babies and €22.50 for adults. The booked Santa slot lasts ten minutes.
