What you will do

A drawing demonstration introduces how a book illustration takes shape before participants make their own characters. Materials are included, and clothes suitable for messy art are recommended. Macdonald’s Shapeshifters exhibition is also at Outset Gallery during the festival.

Planning your visit

On 11 October, the 11am session is for ages 5 to 7, accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. The 12.30pm session is for ages 8 to 10, attending without adults but brought and collected by one. Sessions last an hour and tickets are €8 per person. Access from Cornstore Mall is described as partial.
