What you will do
Author Deirdre Sullivan leads individual exercises and collaborative writing, considering viewpoint, narrative voice and the form that suits an idea. It offers more time to develop an approach than the festival’s shorter introductory sessions for younger children.
Planning your visit
The workshop begins at 2pm on 11 October at the O’Donoghue Centre, University of Galway, and lasts 180 minutes. Admission is €8 per participant. An adult must bring and collect the young person; the workshop itself is for teenagers.
